Handy Wired responded to my HomeStar add. Tawanda came and was very helpful. He treated my home with respect. Tawanda (Handy Wired) proved absolutely capable of any job required...this one....climbing 26 ft up onto my roof to seal my skylight that was showing signs of a leak. His work was all that I expected and a few days later he called back to ensure that I was satisfied with the job that was done. That, I appreciated. This was the only firm that agreed to replace a large double-glazed pane of glass without replacing the frame. George and his crew did an amazing job of getting out the old glass without damaging the original frame. Great choice! Our family now have this company as our ‘ go to’ 1st call for anything else around the house. Daniel was prompt, fast and informative. We appreciated his honesty. We want usually want to know what is the safest and lasts the longest. It is also nice to know the cheaper and local suppliers. Nice to be able to make open minded decisions on what we are prioritizing. He even moved the furniture around in the room to find the ‘@‘ spot. Changed my mind several times but Daniel was patient. I highly recommend EB & S for any brickwork you need. Matt is awesome - friendly, professional, efficient. He did a GREAT job on filling in the hole left by an old A/C unit. He did an on-site evaluation, provided a timely quote, sourced a very close match, and dropped off samples for approval. Matthew also did some brick repair for us. Very pleased with his work and price! :-)
