Hi I’m Jarred T, I’m 35, 6’1, 250lbs, I’ve been in the carpentry industry since high school, I graduated high school early with my first and second apprenticeship in carpentry and started working in the trade forming / framing residential houses. I then finished my third and fourth year apprenticeship and wrote my red seal and passed and got my Certificate. I think I was around 20 / 21 years old when I got my Red Seal Certificate. I then started working in the industrial side of the trade and started building high rises, industrial buildings and big water Dams which most projects we’re out of town. I am 67 years old and been in the construction business since I was 16years old. My Father who was a builder in the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s taught all myself and 3 older brothers about carpentry & finish carpentry. Myself as the youngest and my brother are still quite actively working in this construction industry. I pretty much can work in any place in British Columbia as I don’t mind travelling abroad and working in remote areas. My specialty work is rough framing , finish carpentry, supervision for bigger projects and pretty much familiar with the whole process of start to finish with building structures. I’m not a person to brag about my qualifications but have to say which will speak for itself is the length of time I’ve been in this industry and become very knowledgeable. I’ve also worked for some companies that have a really good reputation and made a great name for themselves in which needing more information about myself I can give in a resume.
