We hired Matt and his team to build a second floor addition for our house in 2225 Ghent Ave, Burlington, ON in 2018. We got his name from our trusted friend who is an engineer in the industry. The price was reasonable for big project like this. It is not the cheapest price we got but we know we can rely on the team to get the job done on time. We started talking in Dec 2017 and moved out in Apr 2018. We are very specific that we need the job to be done in Sept 2018 before the school year. The team delivered the project on time. Matt and his team had to worked overtime to meet the deadline. They delivered despite there were issues with his family (we are really sorry to hear about his wife's hospitalization), the weather and the city inspection near last minutes. We got Matt to quote some smaller minor project but the price wasn't something we would move forward. If we have medium and big project, we would go back to his team because of their price, professional manner and ability to deliver project ON TIME.

Justin has a gift for understanding and enhancing a customer's vision by asking questions and explaining the different options and costs associated. When you're on a budget, Justin is the very best partner to figure out how to achieve a high-end look and make the biggest impact without spending more money or going over budget. This is the first renovation we have ever done that stayed exactly on budget, even when we made changes! From craftsmanship to customer service to having the ability to do any type of renovation... to staying on budget, I think very few renovation companies can come close to Elevation Homes. Justin helped us visualize the different options so we could figure out what was worth spending money on and what wasn't. Decisions that we had been obsessing over for months felt easy and almost obvious after discussing with Justin. We hired SAGA to repair and enhance the stucco moulding around our windows, doors, and entryway, and they did a fantastic job. The attention to detail was impressive — every line is crisp, and the mouldings add a real touch of elegance to our home's exterior. We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. Overall we have been thrilled with the end result and will be using Mark again to complete our main floor renovation next.
