Fantastic Job, Start to Finish I hired Henry for a full kitchen and bathroom reno, and I couldn’t be happier. Some of the other contractors I spoke to were pushy or hard to get a straight answer from. Henry was the opposite—friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. He had the best pricing by far and even suggested ways to get the results I wanted while keeping costs down. The bathroom looks incredible—he really understood what I was after and made it even better. In the kitchen, he went the extra mile to find the right materials and made the design I had in mind actually happen. The work was top notch, the space was kept clean, and it all moved along quickly. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process easy. There were no major issues, and the few small things that came up were handled without any hassle. Even brought treats for my dog, which was a nice touch. We called builtitup to help us with a basement leak. Whenever it would rain wed get a ton of water in our cold room that would then flow through the rest of the basement and ruined some of our laminate floors. Micael discussed multiple options gave us the pros and cons of each and the cost and left it up to us to decide. He was so patient with all of our questions and finished the job so quickly before more water damage could occur. In the end we went with a French drain which we were comfortable with price wise. Micael and his team came and installed the French drain within 2 days and even followed up with me the next time it rained to confirm all was well and no water was coming in.
