They did a decent job of stamped and aggregate concrete for my lawn and backyard. But disappointed with their after work customer service and response. Few cracks showed up, but did nothing about it. Few spots with broken coating, but did nothing about it. When they layer gravel on the sides of the concrete, did not do a proper layering of the black material before putting the gravel, within a year grass started to grow. Wanted to get a proper drain because backyard neighbour raised issue, but did nothing about it. Basically they dont respond to you once they are completed, paid off and gone. Disappointing that even if its a big work and you had treated them cordially, upon fall up later they ignore you blatantly.

It took a while to have the contractor show up to complete a two car garage and one half of my roof. They had to return several times over a longer period as it became clear this was a side gig. They used my waste bin to finish though the estimate included disposal, and complained to me about not making money against the Meinhaus estimate. The roof leaked over the winter, and nobody ever arrived despite several calls to Meinhaus. Only excuses. Gave up and hired someone else to complete repairs. It ended up being a separate issue, but one that should have been flagged by the installers at the time. One star since the job was initially completed before winter and looked ok, and the materials used were fine. I wouldn’t use Meinhaus again and am generally unhappy with the changes to the home stars platform as it used to be easier to proactively reach out to highly rated vendors and that doesn’t seem to be possible and it is too complex to even locate highly rated providers in my area.

This job required a full demolition and installation of a walk in bathtub, a new window, wall and ceiling tile, repairs and refreshment to the remaining drywall area and installation of a pocket door. The job required the involvement of several tradesmen. All of the guys were great. They obviously knew what they were doing, worked quickly with minimal intrusion on us. they were friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. they made a minimum of dirt and dust and cleaned up very well every day. the job was completed on time and on budget and we love it. Cameron and team were quick to provide a competitive quote and get to work on my small bathroom renovation. There was clear communication the entire time, care in the work they did, and a lot of flexibility in dealing with the hiccups and curve balls of working a condo project. I would highly recommend their team as they not only delivered on the work as described in our quote, but went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the outcome!
