Great crew, very professional, efficient and so polite. Even though we could not be on site, they kept us updated with pictures and videos throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend them to our family and friends. Josh took the stress of the demo and the start of this renovation off of us! We definitely felt like we were in good hands and didn’t have to worry about the job getting done. The price was very reasonable, much less than other quotes we had received, and their level of service was absolutely amazing.

We recently worked with George on a full renovation of our upper floor, including flooring, two bathrooms, the stairs, as well as entrance tiles, and powder room. We also did popcorn ceiling removal and painting. He was incredibly easy and pleasant to work with, and always responsive throughout the process. What really stood out was his reliability. He gave us a three-week timeline and delivered exactly on schedule, to the day. The quality of work and overall experience were excellent. We would absolutely work with him again.

I have a strong appreciation for precision, efficiency, and problem-solving, so when we decided to renovate our home, I knew I wanted a company that shared those values. Reno Rabbit exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail and clear, proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process remarkably seamless. Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look. Its a detail I didnt know existed, but Im so glad they thought of it. Reno Rabbit doesnt just complete renovations; they engineer solutions. The entire experiencefrom planning to executionwas handled with expertise, professionalism, and a level of thoughtfulness that sets them apart. The existing hole in my granite countertop was too small for the new sink. These guys figured out exactly what was needed to fit it, measured and cut a wider hole to accommodate the replacement sink. They took the time to cover everything and even though it was a very difficult and messy job, having them do the cutting was totally worth it. They made sure I was happy with the job. Would definitely recommend them.

We had 310RENO completely transform our master ensuite, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. From the moment we reached out, their response was quick and professional, and their design team had a clear plan put together within a short time. Their design team was fantastic to work with and guided us through everything from tile selections to colours and the overall layout. Construction stayed on schedule and within the budget we were given, which was very important to us. The workmanship was top-notch, and it was clear the team takes pride in doing things properly and to a high standard. A steam shower was created that required a sloped shower ceiling, and they pulled it off beautifully. Communication was always easy, whether it was with the Project Manager or the crew on site, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. Wagner and his team were excellent to work with. From the initial consultation to the actual work itself, I was impressed with the level of communication, the willingness to share ideas and do his best to give us a great quote and his professionalism throughout the process. Wagner and his team always came exactly when they said they would and did their best to complete things as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. They were here at 8am Monday to Friday and stayed until about 4pm. We have 2 young kids so he brought extra crew with him the first week so that our new floor could get installed more quickly and be less stress on our family. They also cleaned up after themselves every day and left no tools laying around. It was the little things that showed how much his team cared and the thoughtfulness they put into their work. He has great ideas and really felt like a partner in the process. He's great with attention to detail as well as feedback and additional requests. We had our floors changed all throughout the main floor, baseboards, paint, full bathroom overhaul, kitchen cabinets refaced and additional cabinets added, new countertop, backsplash, sink, lighting, light switches, and mantle changed too. The transformation was amazing and he was patient with us and our many questions as we went through the process. We did have some delays with the timing due to our cabinets not being ready in time but with the existing supply chain issues, it was understandable. I'd recommend Wagner and his team 100% and plan to call them again when we do our upstairs. See below for pics for before and after.
