Before providing a quotation for the job, Billy ensured to inquire about and understand the scope of work. His pricing was fair, reasonable, and competitive. On the day of, Billy arrived on time and completed the job efficiently, while ensuring to take the time to answer any questions that I had throughout the process. Install or replace alarm system- 9 Nov 2025
Mr Design was fantastc. I had a ringing from my alarm system every 15 seconds. Called Telus they said call an electrician. Went on Homestars found Mr Design and called. He answered promptly and tried to help over the phone. He then said he would come by in two hours. He did so despite the snow storm. He was able to disable the system and the ringing stopped. Very professional and courteous. I would recommend him without hesitation. Well deserving of 5 stars if not more. Great job!

This job required a full demolition and installation of a walk in bathtub, a new window, wall and ceiling tile, repairs and refreshment to the remaining drywall area and installation of a pocket door. The job required the involvement of several tradesmen. All of the guys were great. They obviously knew what they were doing, worked quickly with minimal intrusion on us. they were friendly and willing to answer any questions or concerns. they made a minimum of dirt and dust and cleaned up very well every day. the job was completed on time and on budget and we love it. Excellent experience. We had our terribly stained and etched marble island and counters refinished by Roman. They have us a quick quote, came only a few days later, showed up exactly on time, and did the work efficiently and quickly. They were friendly, professional, we felt comfortable with them in our home. Most importantly, the work quality was perfect. They cleaned every surface afterwards, not a spec of dirt or dust left.
