Choosing Neo Kitchen for our kitchen and vanities renovation was the best decision we made and we are very happy with the work they did in our new home. From the start of the process, it was a pleasure working with Michael to design our layouts and make our kitchen and vanity selections. We are quite picky and often changed our minds as we thought of new ideas and Michael was extremely patient through it all and gave excellent advice and insights based on his many years of experience. No matter how many questions we asked, he always answered with a smile that made us feel comfortable and confident that our needs were being understood. Gaby was also extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests to come into the showroom to look at samples. She was a big part of making the experience successful for us as we are very detail oriented and needed to see things with our own eyes to help make decisions. Kevin and his team were very respectful and friendly when they came into our home for measurements and installation. Like us, they pay close attention to detail to make sure everything is installed properly and they are very efficient, tidy, professional, and accommodating with their work. We had some specific requests with our island wiring and work around ductwork and it was all perfectly taken care of. The team Michael works with to install countertops also did an excellent job and were very friendly and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship and materials used by Neo Kitchen is also top notch for a reasonable price. The cabinets themselves are strong and the paint finishes are all top quality. And Michael is a man of his word - we discovered a small bubble in the paint on one of our vanity doors and Michael took care of it immediately without any hesitation. Believe me, that sort of "make it right" professional attitude makes a world of difference when you're renovating your home. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with Michael and his team and we highly recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation or new build. They honestly took a huge concern off our minds and made it all work out flawlessly without any headaches or concerns at a time when we needed that most. Looking back, all we can say is Thank You Michael and team! We appreciate everything done for us and we absolutely love our beautiful kitchen and vanities!

Recently had Bathroom, Livingroom, Dining Room renovations completed with a completely new Laundry Room added. Also, Mould removed and repair to an upstairs Bathroom. We were totally pleased with the results of everything done in our home. Very high-quality workmanship at a reasonable price by two of the nicest fellows you would ever want to have in your home! They cleaned up their work area at the end of every day which was a bonus. We liked the fact that Dan & Hugo, the company owners were the ones doing the work themselves. We are having Ragnarok back in the New Year to do some more work and definitely recommend them for anyone that wants, quality work, fair rates and no surprises.

Reno Rabbit exceeded every expectation. Their attention to detail and clear, proactive communication made what could have been a stressful process remarkably seamless. Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look. Its a detail I didnt know existed, but Im so glad they thought of it. Reno Rabbit doesnt just complete renovations; they engineer solutions. The entire experiencefrom planning to executionwas handled with expertise, professionalism, and a level of thoughtfulness that sets them apart. It took a while to have the contractor show up to complete a two car garage and one half of my roof. They had to return several times over a longer period as it became clear this was a side gig. They used my waste bin to finish though the estimate included disposal, and complained to me about not making money against the Meinhaus estimate. The roof leaked over the winter, and nobody ever arrived despite several calls to Meinhaus. Only excuses. Gave up and hired someone else to complete repairs. It ended up being a separate issue, but one that should have been flagged by the installers at the time. One star since the job was initially completed before winter and looked ok, and the materials used were fine. I wouldn’t use Meinhaus again and am generally unhappy with the changes to the home stars platform as it used to be easier to proactively reach out to highly rated vendors and that doesn’t seem to be possible and it is too complex to even locate highly rated providers in my area.
