I'm giving an excellent rating, even though the job did not go perfectly. We had a very rush job, so part of the fault could be mine, so "benefit of the doubt" I'm giving an excellent rating. The job was conducted exactly as asked and quoted. It was a rush job to patch some walls for drywall, tape+mud, and basic sanding. We were going to handle painting later, so I did not ask Brandon to do that. Because we were in such a rush, I feel that we could have done better at communication but I don't fault Brandon for that either. My biggest disappointment was that clean-up seemed to be neglected, but again I stress the job was so rushed and we got solved the main issue, getting the drywall patched and ready for people to move into rooms. Overall, I was impressed with how quickly Brandon and team responded to the request and completed the work on-time in a very short delivery window, regardless. I would definitely work with Vuic again!

We are pleased to say that working with Genius renos was the best choice. We needed to make a full upgrade on our condominium apartment and the results are amazing. We had an initial discussions with the owner Geni as to our requirements for the kitchen and our two bathrooms and he had helpful suggestions to help us make design decisions as well. They converted our living space into a beautiful open entertainment area with a lovely kitchen, updated walls and laundry area. The team was absolutely amazing and Geni was a pleasure to work with. Their work was high quality and they were extremely respectful of our space and left everything clean and tidy at the end of the work day. The project involved a brand new kitchen, including custom made cabinets, countertop, sink, high end tap, lovely backsplash and beautiful replaced old pot lights, installed all new fixtures, and re-painted. Also, for the washrooms, replaced old vanities and showed with new custom made to fit our space in both washrooms. Our old tub in the master bathroom and tiled shower was replaced with a new sleek tub/shower with cultured marble tile walls and ceiling. The guest washroom was also completely re-modelled with a beautiful rain fall shower (which I am so in love). They also replaced old pot lights, installed all new fixtures, and re-painted the bathrooms. The final result were beautiful kitchen and bathrooms that we are very happy with. The job was completed in the estimated six weeks, even with unexpected extra work - when some rotting wood (from old leaks) and incorrect wiring was discovered. Geni and his crew are excellent at communicating and consulting with us on every detail and choice. We have no hesitation in recommending genius renovations. They are very pleasant to work with, and their standard of work is consistently excellent.

They built custom cabinets for the kitchen. New vanity for the powder room. We went with shaker style doors and they upgraded our family room built ins with new doors to match. We were very pleased with the Reno completed on time and on budget. No upselling by the company at all. Appreciated all suggestions while in the planning and drawings stage. They had some great suggestions on the final look with their previous experiences of completed projects.

We hired Saeid and Kambiz to replace (rehang) all the interior room doors in our house with new hinges and new hardwares. In addition, they were able to turn 2 unframed doors (one bifold, one hinge) into framed double doors from scratch, building the frame (as the doors were unconventional sizes). We are very pleased with the end result! This was one thing many contractors we talked to strongly discouraged us from doing (I think mainly because of effort). From day one, Saeid and Kambiz have been responsive, communicative, flexible and worked around our timelines. We really enjoyed working with them. *Project price is labour only, does not include material.

I was facing a predicament while in the midst of renting my home and urgently needing to address my kitchen drawer system. Although my kitchen was dated, finding someone willing to tackle a minor task proved to be an arduous endeavour. After months of fruitless searching, my luck changed when Royal Millwork reached out in response to my inquiry. Abe promptly scheduled a visit, meticulously measured the space, and presented me with two viable solutions. He offered the option of fixing the drawers with a warning that the brackets might break again in the future, or completely reconstructing the kitchen drawer system. Arshad is a man true to his word. He did his best to have the best outcome. His employee was not very good at the perfect finish that we required. The job was priced fairly and the outcome was fairly good but not perfect. Arshad took his time to choose the perfect items we required and the only problem was with the finishing touches. I would recomed him for any job.
