We called builtitup to help us with a basement leak. Whenever it would rain wed get a ton of water in our cold room that would then flow through the rest of the basement and ruined some of our laminate floors. Micael discussed multiple options gave us the pros and cons of each and the cost and left it up to us to decide. He was so patient with all of our questions and finished the job so quickly before more water damage could occur. In the end we went with a French drain which we were comfortable with price wise. Micael and his team came and installed the French drain within 2 days and even followed up with me the next time it rained to confirm all was well and no water was coming in. I cannot recommend Patricio and The Home Improvement Services more. Patricio gutted both of our bathrooms, our basement entrance and our laundry room. He took them from ugly to designer quality in a few weeks. The tile work especially is perfect. Patricio and his crew were especially considerate and respectful of the rest of our home. Every day, they left our space tidy and cleaned up. We plan to use Patricio's services again for a kitchen remodel as we fully trust him and his crew's process and final product to be the highest quality.

I hired Vish & his team to install an egress walkout door in my bsmt. In addition his team removed the stairs rebuilt the structure and also installed an egress window. Everything start to finish was fantastic. You get all the information you need from Vish he is very thorough; and he doesn't overload you with unnecessary information but is always happy & willing to answer any questions. I am legalizing my bsmt apt; I hired Vish to complete the exterior work but actually wished I had hired him for the full job because it would likely be completed by now. Vish even offered to come back after my renovation is complete to epoxy paint the exterior entrance way. I will update this review with photos after the everything is complete. Can't say enough about Rob and his team at Ardis Kitchens Baths and Beyond! When a previous contractor dropped the ball, Rob came to our rescue. He understood the engineering ramifications of removing a load-bearing wall and put us at ease. While our previous contractor effectively told us to "stay out of his lane", Rob consulted us and communicated with us every step of the way. And the communication extended to his team, whom he directed like an orchestral conductor on day one. It was a beautiful sight to see! No time or materials was to be wasted. We had Will and Heidi paint the interior of our 3 car garage which was no easy feat given the height of the ceiling and nooks and crannies due to a storage area over another smaller garage door.
