We proudly supplied and installed over 40 slabs of Caesarstone for the York University Students Center incl. bars, counters and many cool designs. We also completed two huge washroom countertops for Toronto Pearson Airport at Terminal 3. Each day, we fabricate and install an average of 4 kitchen counters from our 5500 square foot facility. We also always have at least 400 full slabs in stock including over 100 slabs of Caesarstone quartz, and other brands like Silestone, Cambria and Vicostone.
Max Space did all the stone fabrication for our custom home. The entire team did an amazing job. The quality of workmanship is outstanding. It was a very large project and Luna and Tony were professional, knowledgeable and patient. The install team is incredibly skilled at what they do. We initially engaged Monaco looking for a designer for a major reno but decided to hire them for the whole job (design/architecture + construction) because Revi appeared knowledgeable, and it seemed like a good idea to hire one team to do it all. It started off well but was ultimately an incredibly frustrating experience. It has now been a year since completion, so weve had a chance to live in our new home and reflect. The construction began on schedule. Nine days after they began, demolition was completed, the support beam was in place, the new walls were framed out, the utilities were run, and all the initial permits were closed. At that point, we were very optimistic. The core construction team, led by Steven, was competent. As a result, a year later, there have been no structural issues. The problems started to mount when we got to the finishings. There were two major sources of problems mediocre sub-contractors, and Revis disinterest in our project and argue now, fix later attitude. It became clear that Revi had delegated our job to her assistant (without informing us prior to signing the contract) and did not feel a sense of ownership of our job. There were several large mistakes made throughout construction incorrect kitchen cabinetry, backsplash tiles, interior doors, hardware, mismatched stain on the stairs and landings, amongst others. While we were sold on a process that focused on quality assurance, we found ourselves doing the job for them, and the most frustrating part was that each time we found a mistake, there would always be an argument before it was fixed. The mismatched stairs incident is the best example of this. We pointed out from the day it was done that there was a problem with the colour to anyone who would listen. Instead of coming and seeing it with her own eyes, Revi argued with us for two weeks by email, citing the contract that said the stairs/landing may not be a perfect match to the flooring, questioning whom we informed (it was everyone), claiming that it couldnt be fixed Until she saw it with her own eyes and immediately recanted. So much stress could have been saved if she had just taken ownership of our job. It felt like she did not get to know us to the extent necessary to do a good job. For example, she had our house painted in a beautiful high end matte paint that looks great and wears terribly. This would have been a good choice for a larger home or one without children, but in our small and spirited house, it looks dirty and needs repainting a year later. Then there were the problems with sub-contractors. I had a month of stress because the electrician, to get out of 30 minutes of work, claimed that our ceiling fans could not be wired the way they had been safely wired for years prior, and Revi argued back and forth, telling us her contractor wouldnt do it because it could cause a fire .. until we got another licensed electrician to write a statement saying she was wrong. Similarly, before paying Revi an additional amount to have her painter fix water staining around our skylights, we paid her roofer to inspect to ensure there was no active leakage. He inspected three times during the reno (once for a separate issue) and found none of the glaring issues which caused leaking within months, damaging our newly finished ceilings. Since the construction ended last summer, we have reached out with several issues and most have been dealt with. However, we were not able to solve the problems caused by the aforementioned leaking due to repeated incompetence by their roofing contractor. In trying to get her to remedy this, she once again cited the contract without understanding the situation, and then finally offered to fix it, but in her offer included an insane ChatGPT generated agreement that sounds like a fake lawyer wrote it, that says she will fix it if we promise not to reflect upon our experience publicly. I recently had my 38 yr. old pressure treated deck demolished and a new one completed (same format) by JB Contracting and his crew Joey and Alberto. The final product I couldn't be happier with. Truly appreciated watching Jim & Alberto brainstorm their combined ideas and coming up with a far superior way to reroute my downspouts using a combination of my current aluminum ones and adding 4" white PVC piping in a new configuration. Jim's son Joey showed great pride working with his Dad and Alberto. The work was done to their usual excellent workmanship and all while having to deal with rain showers and temperatures of 40 C. All three have a great work ethic and all with a sense of humor and need to please their customer foremost. I am deeply thankful to them. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a high quality project, by a great crew. (taxes additional)

After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Gabe, was on time and on budget. He set out clear expectations of the project and delivered on each of them in a timely manor. He does most of the work himself, so he never lost days waiting for others to be able to make it. He stressed the details right down to the last minute of the project. I needed to install a floating tv cabinet/shelf and a mounted tv on top of the cabinet on my wall. I had many options to choose from for the TV mount beforehand and the installers were very charismatic over the phone. They seemed to have a very good supply of equipment and I was able to pick teh4type of TV mount I wanted before they came. They even had an extra TV wiring kit on hand that was better than what I purchased beforehand. It was exceptional service and I will definitely go with Raza's Renos the next time around. I didn't have to buy a mounting bracket or a stud finder. I also could have saved more time by not trying to find a TV wiring kit.

RayS Homes saved me in the crazy days after so many basements flooded in Toronto in July 2024. For our flood, my insurance company worked with only two contractors and these were so busy that they took a month and a half to provide an estimate and then would not answer the phone to allow me to offer them the work. So I turned to RayS Homes. Even though very busy themselves, Raymond was extremely responsive and provided me with his own very professional quote within 24 hours. He agreed to start the work within a week and arrived on time to get going. He and his very competent, skilled and agreeable team stuck with the project until it was completed not much more than two weeks later. The quality of work was excellent, the timeliness much appreciated, and the overall experience of dealing with them was superb.
