I am beyond impressed with Mohamed and his team. I would say the thing that really sets him apart from others is, he really truly cares about his clients, and goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure that things get done properly and on time. He also is the only contractor that I interviewed that took the initiative to come up with creative ideas on how to make my shower bigger in my very small dated en suite bathroom. Bottom line, he truly cares and has an amazing eye for design. The entire process from the beginning to the end was completely stress-free, and he was a joy to work with. He also has amazing trades that have been with him for many years, which says a lot about him. They were all very professional and respectful. The end result is an absolutely stunning beyond my imagination en suite bathroom. This could not have happened without Mohamed and his dedication and great ideas. He was always very communicative throughout the entire process and always onsite to supervise to ensure everything got done properly. He was truly a joy to work with. Ocean Drywall did a great job in soundproofing the ceiling between the lower and upper levels of our house. We worked with MD Kitchen for our renovation to our outdated kitchen. We reached out to a few vendors and MD came out ahead as they offered, very high quality cabinet materials (ie. Wood construction over MDF) and designed our kitchen to our specifications within our budget. They also were able to accomodate our timeline which was within a quicker time frame and completed our project in less than a month. The MD team is extremely organized and thorough resulting in the work being completed earlier than expected and without any unforeseen issues resulting in meeting the budget we had set. I was in constant contact with Danesh, Sara and Ali, which gave us comfort when it came to ensuring that the project would be completed with the expected time frame. I would highly recommend MD for future work and will consider them for additional work on our home.

I had a great experience with Not Just Caulking! Matthew was incredibly helpful in identifying areas of concern that needed attention, even pointing out some issues I hadnt noticed. The work by Justin was done with great attention to detail, and the quality of the caulking was excellent. I was impressed that they were able to start the job quickly, and they finished everything within just two days. On top of that, they left the area spotless afterward, which I really appreciated. We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. We received quotes from 3 companies and met with 2 of them. Niall was super easy to work with (no big sales talk, no stress at all). He just looked at the deck to assess what was needed, gave a brief accounting of the work he'd do (sanding, preparation, matching paint colour and 2 coats of paint), gave dates when he could schedule the work (perfectly within our requested time frame), said he could finish in 1-1/2 to 2 days, and gave a very reasonable quote. All within about 10-15 minutes. Then, he came and did the job perfectly and exactly as he said he would, with absolutely complete clean-up after. So excellent, it looks great! We couldn't be happier! Royal Hardwood did a fantastic job in transforming our 1990s home’s flooring and stairs from a dated yellowy oak into a modern and airy whitewash and piano style stairs. From start to finish it was so easy to work with Julia and Moe, you can tell they really care about their customers and the quality of the work they do. After two floods, we hired Start Renovation to renovate our basement. They came very highly recommended. We found Vugar and his team to be very professional. They showed up on time, kept things quite clean and stuck to schedule. They were very eager to please and had some great suggestions on materials. Also, if any issues, questions or concerns came up, they were very happy to fix and resolve the situation.
