Handyman Service Experts specialize in general tasks including everyday carpentry, home repairs, mounting and hanging, kitchen cabinet repairs, drywall, painting minor electrical, plumbing and so much more. Our service area is the County of Simcoe and surrounding area, however, we have been know to go further for our special customers that love our work! Our Process: As easy as 1, 2, 3... First, a free telephone consultation to confirm the details of your project. Second, we will provide you with a rough estimate of the project. And third, arrange for what you need and when you need it taken care of. Estimate: We can offer our hourly rate of 80.00/hour or we can provide a free estimate of services required. Before getting started, our handyman will review the scope of work with you. We want no surprises, so no work begins until you sign off on the estimate and are satisfied with every aspect of the project. The Project: We will arrive with the tools to do the job. If you haven’t already purchased the materials, and request that we do this, we can take care of this for you. Our handyman approach is that every project is done with the attention to detail and not just to the project details, but also to the safety, security, and cleanliness of the rest of your home and all of your belongings. Full Home Check-up: Before leaving your premises, our handyman will offer you a a full home check-up. This is a complimentary service that we offer to all of our customers. You are in no way obliged to accept it. We will review key areas of home maintenance for you and give you an overview that may require attention. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate. I have been growing due to word of mouth, and that has truly been an honour for me. I started this business because I love to paint, but more importantly, I wanted to charge people a fair price. I think that price inflation is infiltrating everything around us, and even though I am just one person, I want to be that one person that did what was right by those around me. My prices will never be more than they need to be.
