When we found ourselves suddenly in need to put our house on the market asap, I turned to Homestars to get a quote to have the whole interior of the house painted in a short amount of time. Peter answered the request quickly and we had an appointment for a quote right way. From the first moment he arrive I got a good feeling he understood exactly what we needed done, the repairs required. He took the time to explain the different paints and colours and how they would look in different lighting. He also advised which colours would work best for potential buyers. He was also able to accommodate our timeline to have the job finished. As my husband is a night shift worker and his team were very conscientious and considerate as to plan the noisier parts of the project to be done before my husband had to retire to bed. They worked quietly and quickly while he was asleep and left the house tidy every evening before they left. The job was finished on time and with minimal disruption to our lives. He always responded promptly to my texts and were back quickly to touch up a few small oopss that were noticed after the paint had dried for a couple of days. Bruno installed plexiglass on my awning. This was to make it slippery to deter the raccoons from using my awning as their bathroom. Bruno cleaned all the piles of poop up for me and flushed all the residue away. Yuck! He wore a N95 mask and gloves to do this messy job. 😉 He custom built the plexiglass to fit my awning and it looks perfect. I haven’t had any raccoon poop on my awning since he installed my slippery plexiglass. He also flushed out my Eavestrough for me while he was up there. Then Sasha sprayed my deck down & windows to get rid of any poop residue that may have splashed from the awning. She also bagged everything up and cleaned any other debris that was left in my yard. They are amazing team and I highly recommend them. This is the third time I have used iCare. I have hired them to also fix my eavestrough that is falling down, which needs to be clipped up. Another review to follow once that job is completed. Very happy customer Joanne G.
