My name is Painter Pete Codsi and I have been a very useful choice for many owners since 1988 , surviving on word of mouth referral. I began in repainting int, ext. Took on wallpaper ceiling and walls, repaired period homes , tackled new custom homes from 2500 to 6000 to 8000 sq ft in size. I saved many from really bad renos, where managers were switched, I persevere loyal to the client. I only accept jobs I qualify for. I may do carpentry to finish undone tasks ,not compete directly. I plaster in the same logic. I have spray equipment where practical. I typically use ben moore as a quality go to paint, as it suits clients who have high end property. I have a hobby centric knowledge of faux and deco design. I like color although todays homes are white ,,ish. Custom staircases ought to have a serious match to suit the high cost, I use waterbourne Samaan to be versatile. I do not spray cabinets but I will spray built in items and doors/trim in the right situation of planning. My truck is clean but full with tools ,good tools, I strive to be organized efficient attentive to detail and memory. I bring more than enough dropsheets and paper off high use areas. I do not hand mix colorants anymore as the product has evolved past that skill, stains are also store matched for accuracy. Exposure to lost skills teach us how to adapt. Even interior design has been lost to architectual and modern internet tech. I do not believe in perfect,although I do my best to give quality,and promote the appropriate products honestly and without deception I am not a robot . Products I trust have warantees , I follow their advise when possible or practical. The helper or helpers I have are learned , I do not sub any work I am responsible to that end
