It took a while to have the contractor show up to complete a two car garage and one half of my roof. They had to return several times over a longer period as it became clear this was a side gig. They used my waste bin to finish though the estimate included disposal, and complained to me about not making money against the Meinhaus estimate. The roof leaked over the winter, and nobody ever arrived despite several calls to Meinhaus. Only excuses. Gave up and hired someone else to complete repairs. It ended up being a separate issue, but one that should have been flagged by the installers at the time. One star since the job was initially completed before winter and looked ok, and the materials used were fine. I wouldn’t use Meinhaus again and am generally unhappy with the changes to the home stars platform as it used to be easier to proactively reach out to highly rated vendors and that doesn’t seem to be possible and it is too complex to even locate highly rated providers in my area.

We recently used Master Homes Contracting to renovate two bathrooms. Anton came to the house to discuss the project and offer some advice as to the design aspect of what we were doing. We found him very knowledgeable, he made recommendations as to the layout and gave us a clear idea of what the project would look like when completed. We received a detailed quotation within a few days, numerous options with pricing. With some conversation we were comfortable with the quotation and agreed to move ahead. We were then introduced to Ashley who would be our design contact throughout the project. We had done the usual visits to the home stores and to be honest were a little overwhelmed, we really needed some direction and advice. Ashley made it so easy, she supplied numerous choices, with pricing, for each of the components from tile to taps, and really helped us with every selection, for us, that expertise saved weeks of wandering the aisles trying to figure out what we wanted. Once decided, Ashley ordered everything for us and had it delivered to our house. The crew showed up to start the demo on the agreed date, immediately covered my hardwood hall and stairs to avoid any damage as they removed the debris, they were careful to try to limit the dust as much as possible but by nature its a dusty job. Execution was flawless, we did have to make some decisions as to the waterproofing behind the new shower, Anton gave us three options with and actually recommended the LEAST expensive one for what we needed. We had a vacation planned that happened to fall in the middle of the project. We were so comfortable with Anton and his crew, we gave him a key, they continued working while we were away. The project was completed just as we got back, we were so pleased with the results. Both bathrooms look amazing, certainly exceeding our expectations, they even added undercabinet LED accent lighting, not included in the original quote but they thought we would like it. They were right, it added a whole spa like look to the bathroom. The project was completed a few weeks ago but I held off on my review as I knew there would be some minor call backs, there always are with any reno. The true test of a contractor is how well they handle the call backs. A flickering pot light, a sticky drawer on the vanity, they were there next day, resolved without question, we were very impressed. We did add some extras to the project as it progressed but overall they were on budget per their original quote. As a contractor Master Homes ticked all the boxes. On time, on quote, knew what they were doing, all the assistance we needed, daily updates on the project, immediate attention to the callbacks, and probably the most important factor, Trust. We will use them again for our next project without any hesitation, there are so many horror stories out there it was a pleasure and a relief to find a good honest contractor that goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the results. After about a year of looking for a company to paint our pool we finally settled on Apex Pools. Scott came and checked my pool to see what the old paint was about to make sure the two part epoxy paint Apex uses on concrete pools would adhere to the surface we had. The surface was fine so right there Scott gave me a quote and set a time frame. Two weeks later Scott came and acid washed the pool. three days later because of a rain spell he and another gentleman came and put the first coat of epoxy paint on. Two more days and the final coat was applied. All detail areas like around the perimeter were brush painted and the rest was applied with a roller. Scott was full of information and installed confidence in me and did the best job we have had done in the 30 years we have been here. IT LOOKS GREAT. Pool has been closed but Scott is welcome to show his work in the spring. Oh yes not to forget he beat my best price by $4000.00 I couldn't be happier with the choice we made!!!!!!!!

I hired home painter services for an interior paint job. Zikria got back to me very quickly and came in person to give me an estimate. I really appreciated his quick responsiveness as I was facing a time crunch. He gave me a very fair quote and was willing to work with us on our paint preferences. He fit us in despite a busy schedule. The painters were very professional, arrived on time, and even helped us prepare the place for the paint job. They handled our stuff/the place with care. They did an excellent paint job. It was neat and uniform and everything was completed on time. I would definitely use this paint company in the future as we had a very good experience!

Working with Mustafa and Yekaterina was a standout experience. They werent just executing a projectthey were invested in understanding our needs and making sure no detail was overlooked. We wanted to maximize every inch of our kitchen and eliminate dead space, and they delivered a custom wood kitchen with PET doors that is not only stunning but also hyper-functional. Every corner is utilized with ingenious storage solutions and innovative gadgets that make day-to-day life easier. Its clear they thought through every aspect of the design with precision and care. The flooring installation throughout our main level is equally impressive. The large-format tiles look flawless, and the use of Schluter Ditra for the underlayment showed their commitment to doing things the right way, not just the easiest way. To ensure the job was done to perfection, they also used Schluters KERDI-BAND to seal the entire parimeter of the main level, which is something I hadnt even realized was an option. On top of that, they went the extra mile by sealing all the tiles and grout after installation to preserve their beautiful, brand-new look.
