We hired Allan and company to drywall our entire basement following underpinning. His work included sourcing the materials, installing, taping, and mudding. We were so happy with Allan and his team that we hired him for the priming and painting immediately after the drywall. Allan's work was top notch throughout and done on schedule. We had our own GC working on the job and they coordinated perfectly throughout. Allan's communication throughout the project was excellent. He kept us well informed of what was going on and when we could expect people to be in our house. When we had questions or concerns, he was quick to answer them. We have an infant and a toddler at home so noise and dust were major concerns for us. Allan and his team were very accommodating. The work was quiet and the dust was kept to a minimum. Need to start off by saying, wow! Errol and his team were absolutely fantastic. We had a pretty specific request to add wood matching our fence to our metal railings to make it safe for kids in the backyard, along with a gate at the bottom of the stairs. Errol came with clear, creative, aesthetic ideas and was very ready and responsive! We couldn’t be happier with the outcome, it’s more beautiful than we could’ve even imagined! And the team did it all within a day, including adding a step at the front, at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!!!! Look forward to working together again!

We hired Dwaine to do extensive renovations in our home. His work was timely, exceptional quality and he was very professional, friendly and quick to help resolve any issues that cropped up. The professionals that worked with Dwaine on this project were also professional, friendly and their work was excellent quality.. Dwaine and his crew made what could have been a very stressful and long drawn out process virtually painless and finished very close to when they promised to. The reasons for the delay was due to unforeseen circumstances and they did all they could to speed up the process. They left the house as tidy as they could each day and did a thorough cleaning on the final day. Dwaines wife Marsha was also a great asset to Dwaine. Always friendly and patiently willing to answer my millions of questions. She was very detail oriented and made sure payments, changes and receipts were handled efficiently, fairly and in a timely manner. We would 10/10 recommend TDR to anyone that asks, and have done so several times already. Friends and family cant get over the transformation of our home and we are more than happy with the results!

I had contracted Renocan Construction to do my basement renovation, after a sewer backup. He was very professional and very helpful from the planning stage to the finished job. He took care of everything, including installing the Vinyl flooring, Plumbing, Electrical, Dry walls, Doors, Quartz Kitchen counter, Wall Cabinets, Back splash, Painting, etc. All the jobs were completed on time and at a very reasonable charge. I am extremely satisfied with his performance and would highly recommend him to others. I have already referred and recommended him to my relatives, who have also contracted his services. The Dow Brothers Painting just finished doing some work in our home that we were unable to do ourselves, including a two story stairwell and kitchen cabinet refinish. We were impressed from the start. They are meticulous. They take phenomenal care when masking, even creating plastic rooms to isolate the worst of the dust. We are thrilled with their work. Nobody else we asked said they would even try to match the stain on our cabinets. We were told over and over that painting them was our only option. Jeremy Dow is a real artist, refinishing our cabinets and making them look like a brand new.
