Jason and his team did a great job with the replacement of all our interior doors in the basement, as well as our exterior front and back doors. He also changed the trim and baseboards, and matched them to our doors that we chose that really brought our place to life. The worst experience ever. If I could put no stars, I would. I hired these contractors to remove the popcorn ceiling and drywall and paint the ceiling. There were cracks everywhere due to not having a proper foundation and sanding. The initial day he had asked me to come at 6pm and directed me to stay outside until he was complete which I then waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes outside with the child. The second day he sent me pictures and demanded that I pay it was when I asked him to review the work together. He then refused to fix the work as he was heading to another job while the job wasn't done. That’s when the problems occurred it was horrible! Police had to be called to the scene because they insisted on not leaving the site until money was paid in full. I asked for money back and he refused. After arriving on site it was brought to my attention that he is previously known to police. His work doesn’t reflect reality. DO NOT hire this “contractor” I repeat DO NOT HIRE IT'S A SCAM

Lucas was recommended to me for this project by my realtor as their go to contractor. Lucas was brought on, on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Lucas was able to provide a detailed quote outlining the work needed to be done and the approximate time frame to which he could complete said project. The work was done with very few delays due to circumstances out of both party's hands. Any issues brought up with the work (however minimal they were) were dealt with and rectified immediately. Lucas was very responsive to all forms of communication and professional throughout the project. Although Declan was hired initially only for flooring, I expanded the scope of the project as he stated he was a GC. I was disappointed with the work. He was onsite for a few minutes some days and late a lot, even though we planned our meetings around my work schedule. The flooring/stairs was below standards I would expect from other contractors I worked with. Top nosing broke and tenant fell. He didn't even respond to texts or offer repair. He eventually agreed to refund 25% owing on the flooring as I would need to get someone else in to fix this but he never refunded this back. His subcontractor came 3 times and did not fix the stairs. Left the stairs unglued with my tenant's mover and my handyman tripping and falling. Ikea kitchen installer he hired left all boxes thrown in a closet. I was told that as he did not buy the kitchen, he did not have to dispose of them. Came back and cleaned poor grout lines and some grout was even missing. Left open drywall behind stove (not code).

We recently experienced a complicated move, which included removing a fridge from our basement kitchen and delivering it to our rental property. The fridge wouldn’t fit through the doorway, so the team had to disassemble it and also remove our fire-rated basement door to get it out. They handled everything quickly and efficiently, without hesitation or complaint. Additionally, when we asked them to move a large, heavy cabinet from upstairs to the main floor, they did so promptly and with great care.
