I recently had a major home renovation and expansion project with J & M Construction Services Inc., and I cannot speak highly enough about the exceptional quality, professionalism, and attention to detail demonstrated by this company. I originally had a one-level home that has now been beautifully transformed into a spacious two-level residence with extensive interior and exterior upgrades, including landscaping and a swimming pool, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. From the very first meeting with Mike, I felt confident that I was in good hands. He took the time to understand my vision, offered valuable suggestions, and presented a detailed 3D layout that allowed me to visualize every aspect of the project before any work began. His communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process. Any time I had a question or needed to discuss a detail, Mike and his team were easy to reach and incredibly responsive. The work itself exceeded all expectations. J & M Construction completed a full second-floor addition, expanded the main level, and fully renovated both the interior and exterior of the house. We’ve been trying to get this done for a very long time but life happens and you postpone and postpone but we said this year we do it. This was a very simple project, however they took it on as if it was their own and This crew was extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous and they worked their butts off and finished the job on time and cleaned up the site to our satisfaction, they also included a lot of extras that I hadn’t thought about. As I had no idea of the total scope of this project I gave them cart blanch to design the pattern and was I ever glad I did. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Finally we can have a bbq on a really nice patio and enjoy the afternoon sun….
