Lucas was recommended to me for this project by my realtor as their go to contractor. Lucas was brought on, on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances. Lucas was able to provide a detailed quote outlining the work needed to be done and the approximate time frame to which he could complete said project. The work was done with very few delays due to circumstances out of both party's hands. Any issues brought up with the work (however minimal they were) were dealt with and rectified immediately. Lucas was very responsive to all forms of communication and professional throughout the project. I would definitely use Batt Builds for my next project and recommend them to anyone else in the area looking for a contractor.Latest review:- We recently hired MNM Home Renovations to install one large painting and a set of six smaller paintings that required precise alignment and spacing. The smaller paintings needed particular attention, as they were grouped together and had to be perfectly spaced while maintaining a straight line at both the top and bottom. MNM was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful, even assisting with moving furniture in and out to get the job done. The work was done with great care — all the paintings are perfectly level and neatly installed. Not a single mark or mess was left behind. We’re extremely pleased with the results and highly recommend MNM Home Renovations for any detailed and careful work around the home. A fantastic job all around!

We were very pleased with the work that Dieter and Detlef did to repair drywall and replace baseboards in 6 different areas in our home as a result of baseboard heater upgrades. They completed this rather tedious work, which involved multiple visits and expert knowledge, in a very meticulous and professional manner. Their painters retouched and repainted as needed, with excellent overall results. John came in checked the job,gave an estimate, and I hired him to fix my stair railing. Took the system apart, found the problem, and tightened everything back to better than new. Even the finish coat on the repaired areas matched up with my 30 year old rail system. I couldn't have asked for better, the job area was cleaned and looked great. A very easy labour job as Neil would say, months behind quoted start date. Communication is not something this company or the owner or his staff can handle meaning you dont know if they will be in the next day or for several days. No craftsmanship pride or respect for the final product. This was a simple rip out and replace sure I paid the extra for the electrical upgrades, sure I made some changes as we went along and yes a new pantry did I pay for it I sure did, I would not recommend simply because owner is to focused on his new shirt, Neil had the nerve to tell me my home was not as much a priority as his pontoon boat he was getting serviced that was a fun delay where they just didnt come. I provided all the material you simply had to install and still I had to fix and finish your job. Want more photos just ask :) keep reading its time well spent Yes thats a sharpie on my drawers to mark the handles fun eh? Yes thats under a window that was going to be fixed lol Wanna see the island thats even funnier with trim just not installed. Just approach with caution and consider just going and hiring the neighborhood children to do the work at least you wont have to pick up the cigarette butts from the kids right? I have waited almost a year for this post so you can be assured this is just for the good people of the internet land and not emotionally motivated.
