Hired AAAHS to repair wall in my basement and was quoted the price. I informed the company that the job would require painting. AAAHS arrived late and proceeded to repair wall. He patched the wall and said his job did not include sanding or painting. I don’t understand why he would think that we would just want the wall repaired and not painted. I pointed out that is not what I wrote in my message and was told he gets thousands of messages a day regarding jobs, so it’s not his problem that he can not keep track of what the job entails. I could have gotten the job done in completion by another person for less money. I was left very confused and angry. This company needs to work on their communication skills and provide proper estimates so the client knows exactly what they are paying for and not be tricked into retaining their service and in the end the job that is completed is incomplete.Latest review:Highlanders building maintenance inc.

A young fellow came to my condo for this job. This was such a small and simple job, I already removed most of the old caulking, all it need was applying new caulking. I'm not impressed of the finishing details.

Absolutely unacceptable. Hired for a full move-out clean and they did virtually nothing. After more than 6 hours, all they had to show was some half-hearted sweeping and vacuuming. Fridge, oven, bathrooms, windows, and surfaces were untouched or barely wiped. This was not a cleaning job—it was a complete waste of time and money. Unprofessional, dishonest, and lazy. We have a contractor “Drywaller and mud tape installer” through HomeStars. We have used Homestars before with good results. This is a small mudding and taping job for a drywall project, in a bedroom. They put the mud on heavy, are messy, poor at communicating and inconsistent at arriving. Three times now, they promised to arrive and failed. Saturday, July 12th, we got a broken English message saying “the rest of the crew was Stampeding and he was going back to bed”.Latest review:Drywall-Mike foster contracting

Job was not done proper I got ripped off with the job was done.My shed had been hacked up big spaces in board roofing wasnt done proper.take him to long to build a 10 x10 shed (4days)..edges was not meet at the cirners ..I had to fill all gaps up with silacone to seal everything Very unsatifed with his work..i did call him and he didnt even call back..I will never ever hire anyone off this sight again A guy makes it bad for forever one else in this line of work ..if u have any question please contact me ..

Another contractor working nearby had to approach and ask them if they are professionals the way they work so you just have to make your own judgement. Outcome did not look as it should.

They are certainly not professional painters. I am very disappointed in what they did. Prior to coming i explained what was to be done.
