Moise created a custom designed radiator cover for my living room. I have no issues with the unit - the design is good, the construction is solid, and the workmanship is top notch. Throughout the process, I found Ben and Cara pleasant to deal with (if at times not as quick to respond as one might expect). The reason for my POOR review is simple. When installing the unit, Moise informed me that he would be installing a cleat. However, he failed to ask me for a picture of what was inside the wall before he began to drill, failed to use a stud finder, and even failed to simply walk to the other side of the wall to observe a built in toilet. As a result, his 4 drill into the wall pierced a brand new toilet bladder. While I understand mistakes happen (and he helped to stem the water flow), my frustration is that the company failed to help reimburse me for the re-work to repair the mistake his installation had caused (I suggested I cover the labour, his INSURANCE cover the bladder). I am simply amazed. I paid him in full for his work (that was well done) but had assumed he would help pay for the costly repairs (over 4 figures) that his mistake caused. There was no discussion or debate - simply an impolite no.

Dan did an outstanding job installing our fence posts. From the start, he was a clear and responsive communicator, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. He worked efficiently, stayed on schedule, and delivered high-quality results with a professional attitude throughout. I’ll definitely be hiring him again for the next section of our fence later this year, and now that I’ve seen the quality of his work, I’m also considering him for some indoor remodeling projects this winter. Hired AAAHS to repair wall in my basement and was quoted the price. I informed the company that the job would require painting. AAAHS arrived late and proceeded to repair wall. He patched the wall and said his job did not include sanding or painting. I don’t understand why he would think that we would just want the wall repaired and not painted. I pointed out that is not what I wrote in my message and was told he gets thousands of messages a day regarding jobs, so it’s not his problem that he can not keep track of what the job entails. I could have gotten the job done in completion by another person for less money. I was left very confused and angry. This company needs to work on their communication skills and provide proper estimates so the client knows exactly what they are paying for and not be tricked into retaining their service and in the end the job that is completed is incomplete.

Artem completed a full demolition of tile and existing flooring and the installation of engineered hardwood within 1 week. His attention to detail is second to none. He was able to pivot when faced with unforeseen challenges and come up with great solutions. We had refinished our entire kitchen prior to the flooring project due to unfortunate scheduling conflicts. He managed to demolish tile and work around the newly stained kitchen with absolutely minimal touchup requirements. I trusted his opinion and honesty throughout the entire process.
