Rudi started in the construction industry at 11 years of age working with his dad as a painter. Though painting was not his forte, Rudi saw that construction was in his blood. Now, after years in the industry, Rudi, along with his wife, Candace, who handles Office Administration, and his brother David, a Journeyman Carpenter as well, they have been providing renovations since 2003. Throughout our years of experience handling renovations and additions of all types, we saw a need for strata property maintenance, which has grown to 50% of our business. Our goal is to be the last renovation, repair, or update required for decades to come. I am 67 years old and been in the construction business since I was 16years old. My Father who was a builder in the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s taught all myself and 3 older brothers about carpentry & finish carpentry. Myself as the youngest and my brother are still quite actively working in this construction industry. I pretty much can work in any place in British Columbia as I don’t mind travelling abroad and working in remote areas. My specialty work is rough framing , finish carpentry, supervision for bigger projects and pretty much familiar with the whole process of start to finish with building structures. I’m not a person to brag about my qualifications but have to say which will speak for itself is the length of time I’ve been in this industry and become very knowledgeable. I’ve also worked for some companies that have a really good reputation and made a great name for themselves in which needing more information about myself I can give in a resume.
