We hired Morissette Contracting to replace two patio doors, and all the siding, soffit and fascia on our home. Matthew is extremely knowledgeable and worked within our budget offering several possible solutions. The job was not done as quickly as if I had gone with a bigger company with a whole crew of people. But let me tell you, that extra time was well worth it! I watched him find the studs for every siding nail he hammered in, and recut pieces that would have been 'good enough' for pretty much anyone else because they didn't measure up to his exacting personal standards. He showed up every day consistently and never disappeared to go work on another project. The job site was left clean each day, and he made a point of keeping me in the loop as to how things were going, if there were any issue/concerns along the way and what was next on the agenda. With Matthew you're getting someone who takes pride in everything he does; a real craftsman, at a fair price.

He never showed up and won’t answer text or phone an hour after he was supposed to arrive!! Home stars is a joke as obviously you can’t trust you’re hiring someone dependable!!! Update: after I posted the review the pro who had said he would be here 7:30-8am showed up at 9:15 advising he had been on another job quote that ran over.
