Yardtopia did both a back and front yard renovation for us. In the backyard they installed interlock patio and walkway, turf, and all landscaping. In the front yard they installed the interlock walkway and all landscaping. Steven was great to work with, he was honest, reliable, and work was done quickly. Yardtopia did an excellent job, no corners were cut and there was no shifting in the stone and everything remained in great shape. We received many compliments from the neighbours, some of the neighbours even used Yardtopia to do work for them. Unfortunately two years after the work was completed there was a major house fire that started in our neighbours and carried into our property. All work was destroyed and needed to be redone. We were so happy with the work that Steven did that we insisted with the insurance adjuster to use him again. Overall we were thrilled with the quality of work, professionalism and honesty. Would highly recommend Yardtopia for any job.

Moise created a custom designed radiator cover for my living room. I have no issues with the unit - the design is good, the construction is solid, and the workmanship is top notch. Throughout the process, I found Ben and Cara pleasant to deal with (if at times not as quick to respond as one might expect). The reason for my POOR review is simple. When installing the unit, Moise informed me that he would be installing a cleat. However, he failed to ask me for a picture of what was inside the wall before he began to drill, failed to use a stud finder, and even failed to simply walk to the other side of the wall to observe a built in toilet. As a result, his 4 drill into the wall pierced a brand new toilet bladder. While I understand mistakes happen (and he helped to stem the water flow), my frustration is that the company failed to help reimburse me for the re-work to repair the mistake his installation had caused (I suggested I cover the labour, his INSURANCE cover the bladder). I am simply amazed. I paid him in full for his work (that was well done) but had assumed he would help pay for the costly repairs (over 4 figures) that his mistake caused. There was no discussion or debate - simply an impolite no.

Can't say enough about Rob and his team at Ardis Kitchens Baths and Beyond! When a previous contractor dropped the ball, Rob came to our rescue. He understood the engineering ramifications of removing a load-bearing wall and put us at ease. While our previous contractor effectively told us to "stay out of his lane", Rob consulted us and communicated with us every step of the way. And the communication extended to his team, whom he directed like an orchestral conductor on day one. It was a beautiful sight to see! No time or materials was to be wasted. Austin, Jarrett, Eric, Chris and Colin definitely earn a shout out for their skills and professionalism and pleasant attitudes. What started out as a kitchen nightmare when the previous contractor walked away, turned into the kitchen of our dreams.
