Hasn't started yet but I felt comfortable dealing with MJays and they are a local business, knowledgeable , friendly, can get it done fairly quickly with some possible upcoming projects too. Hoping to give a 5 star review for MJays after completed and recommend to others. Update: Finished today and definitely 5 stars! Went over above our expectations. Made 3 trips to get a perfect color match. Attention to detail is definitely a 5 star rating; Did a few other touch ups ( was a surprise) . Will definitely be hiring again for future projects we are thinking of. Definitely recommend MJays if you want a contractor who takes pride in their work , which they clearly do. Arian and his team helped us renovating two cafes and our home. Needless to say we were happy with the experience! What we appreciate the most is a problem-solving attitude, respectful and reliable team. No matter what happens during construction - you know Arian will find a solution to fix things. Another important thing is good taste - we 100% trusted Arian on suppliers choice and some small things like baseboards design. You know that it will look modern and clean. I recently reached out to Jason of TCB Construction regarding some roof panelling for a pergola in my backyard and Let me tell you it was the best decision I made. Great attitude, super knowledgeable, punctual, honest and fair. As a new homeowner you’re afraid that you may be taken advantage of from contractors but I felt extremely comfortable with Jason and his vision. He walked me through his steps and I bounced so many questions off him and he was tremendously patient and quick to give me the answers and if he didn’t have a specific answer, he would research and reply promptly. His work his 5 Star and the job was completed quickly. We are ecstatic with the finish product. Coincidentally that night at around midnight we had a tremendous downpour of water, and I decided to go outside and stand on my deck under my new roof panels and not a drop of water got through. The whole team was professional and maintained communication from start to finish of the project. We had flood damage requiring replacement of drywall, taping, repainting. The flooring and stairs were also replaced as well as the doors and trim. Options were provided throughout to match budget and design choices and the final product matched what was promised. In the end we are very happy with all the work and thankful for the transparency and help along the way. Chris estimated right away and completed the job within a couple of days. It was a complicated repair of drywall with old lath and plaster edges and needing lots of plaster on top. Looks better than it ever has!

Allick built a tunnel for my cats to move from a window cat door to their catio on the patio. He used materials I had on hand and improved on my original idea to make the setup safer for both me and my cats. He was prompt and finished the job on time and on budget. There were no hidden costs or surprises, and he cleaned up the area before leaving. I would hire Al again.

I had a pipe burst last winter, which gutted my basement bathroom. Anton and his team did an amazing job renovating the entire bathroom. I would rather go to the basement bathroom now than to the ones upstairs! They also added beautiful sandstone tiles to my front steps and my backyard, replacing aged concrete.
