Minutes after posting my request, Kyle from GNE Plumbing responded. The initial request was for a toilet handle that had stopped working, but then I added a request to fix a sink faucet. He had me post some pics so that he could see the project. He arrived the next day, at the time indicated. He had the parts needed for the toilet, and went to the store to get what was needed for the sink. Very pleasant and professional, and fixed both issues. Hired these guys last year to install a pot filler faucet and get a quote on a frost free hose bib, and toilet install. Steve installed the pot filler but I discovered it was leaking after he had been paid and left. Tried for months to have him come back to complete the other tasks and fix the pot filler. First he didn’t respond for many weeks, eventually replying that he was on holiday and would come in shortly to complete the tasks. I also developed a leak in a different pipe then and requested him if he could fix that and he specified the day he would come in. However, he did not show up and did not communicate why. Eventually just went with a larger, reputable company. Not worth the headaches.
