I work in the maintenance industry for past 35 years. I do painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical jobs, laminate flooring, and vinyl flooring. I also built bathrooms, refinished and rebuilt kitchens. All small shops are very welcome. Don't forget about some carpentry also.
