This was our third time using Renovation Experts and we could not be happier with the result. We fully renovated our kitchen and ensuite bathroom, made updates to two bathrooms and refinished our staircase. Stans ability to estimate, communicate progress and leverage his relationships with the best people in each trade resulted in a high quality job with no surprises. I particularly like that the estimate included some assumptions on the cost of key items like tile or cabinetry. This helped to inform our choices and ensure we were aware if we were making selections outside of the budget. We found the work of our day to day on-site supervisor Sam to be detailed and the outcome beyond our expectations. Our electrician Steve and plumber Dom were professional and delivered great work, while making the journey more pleasant. We would not hesitate to use Renovation Experts again or make a referral. Thanks again for helping us to make our 20+ year old home contemporary, functional and beautiful!

We highly recommend Bevan and the team at Juniper Development Group. We recently completed a renovation that included interior, exterior and structural alterations to our property and our experience was outstanding. The scope included Interior: demo, drywall, flooring, custom doors + Exterior: balcony rebuild, retaining wall reconstruction, stamped concrete, & metal/glass railings. One of the things that stood out was they were always on time, communicated well, and kept the job site tidy, an aspect that both us and our neighbours appreciated. Bevan listened carefully to our ideas and offered helpful advice throughout the project. When unexpected issues arose, like the balcony and roof issue that was discovered, Bevan promptly addressed them, ensuring the repairs were done correctly which can be complicated on 100 year old homes. What impressed us most was the level of care and attention to detail. Bevan managed the project efficiently, keeping us informed daily/weekly and made sure we stayed within budget. Even when a temporary tarp blew off during a storm, they were there within an hour, fixing it in the pouring rain. Overall, our experience with Juniper was excellent. Bevan is a contractor who values communication, integrity, and quality work. We've already referred him to multiple friends/clients. He is now our go-to for everything house related.

Absolutely impressed with their work. Wilson and his team came with a competitive bid on the project. The team was on time everyday and put in some serious time. They left our house at the end of day very tidy and ready to go the next morning. We chose an exceptionally difficult shower tile to install and the team powered through it. Again, the result is incredible. Very nice people to work with. Ill be reaching out to them again for the next project. Only criticism I will give is that it was our first Reno and we didnt know what to expect. A bit more guidance from the project lead in terms of material to select and options of customization earlier on would have been better.
