Kitchen Renovations cost 20-30k and up. Bathroom Renovations are 15-20k Most of our projects are done on a cost-plus basis. The cost of skilled labour is $75.00 per man hour for demolition, carpentry, drywalling, tiling, painting, cabinet installation. 12% is added to what is spent on materials. 20% is added to the cost of Ticketed sub trades such as plumbers and electricians.
