The 2 partners came out this morning to check on my small leak. After mounting roof and doing their inspection, They stated I should monitor a little longer as The roof is very new and the shingles could have slightly raised in wind which caused a small wet spot in ceiling, but was best to monitorrather than replace unnecessarily. Instead of charging me and replacing sections for no reason, their honesty resulted in me spending no money at all at this time. I must say I appreciate their honesty and they're due diligence. Another contractor wanted to replace the whole front face of my house, without good reason! I can't think MO roofing enough! We posted our job on HomeStars and Jeff at Those Roofers was quick to reply. I discussed our needs with Jeff on a quick phone call. He came by a few days later and had a look at our roof. He clearly explained what we needed and then we agreed on a price. He came back a few hours later and completed the work that afternoon. Price was fair. Jeff was friendly. Work completed on a very timely basis. Did not try and oversell what we needed versus some other quotes we received. Would definitely use Those Roofers again. I needed to install a floating tv cabinet/shelf and a mounted tv on top of the cabinet on my wall. I had many options to choose from for the TV mount beforehand and the installers were very charismatic over the phone. They seemed to have a very good supply of equipment and I was able to pick teh4type of TV mount I wanted before they came. They even had an extra TV wiring kit on hand that was better than what I purchased beforehand. It was exceptional service and I will definitely go with Raza's Renos the next time around. I didn't have to buy a mounting bracket or a stud finder. I also could have saved more time by not trying to find a TV wiring kit.
