  We are an indigenous company I have been building homes for the last 20 years. I worked in Wellington for 8 years building residential homes for Sandbank Homes by the golf course. I have been working as a sub for Port Picton for 6 years building mostly townhouses 8,10 plexs. Also have built 4 apartment buildings 2 in Picton, and 1 in Brockville and 1 in Prescott.   Darrel was fantastic to work with. We needed to rebuild our garage steps to accommodate my two elderly parents and sister by reducing the step height and to provide more support given their limited mobility and balance issues. The space itself was very tight as we wanted to still park vehicles in the garage. Darrel took the time with me to identify the potential issues and come up with solutions. He provided a detailed quote that was reasonably priced as well as pictures and diagrams with measurements. This was particularly useful especially for my elderly parents which helped them make their decision. We are beyond happy with the results. The finished product meets every expectation for our use case. Even the side door opens fully. Darrel was also on time to the “T” for every single aspect of this job from quoting the project to delivering it. This is also an indigenous based business centering Indigenous voices and skills.
