The worst experience ever. If I could put no stars, I would. I hired these contractors to remove the popcorn ceiling and drywall and paint the ceiling. There were cracks everywhere due to not having a proper foundation and sanding. The initial day he had asked me to come at 6pm and directed me to stay outside until he was complete which I then waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes outside with the child. The second day he sent me pictures and demanded that I pay it was when I asked him to review the work together. He then refused to fix the work as he was heading to another job while the job wasn't done. That’s when the problems occurred it was horrible! Police had to be called to the scene because they insisted on not leaving the site until money was paid in full. I asked for money back and he refused. After arriving on site it was brought to my attention that he is previously known to police. His work doesn’t reflect reality. DO NOT hire this “contractor” I repeat DO NOT HIRE IT'S A SCAM

Throughout the project, Mark and his team maintained communication. They were always responsive to our questions and concerns, which made the entire process stress-free. Mark was particularly aware of the condo building regulations, which ensured a seamless renovation process without any issues with the building management. The team's professionalism and respect for our property were noteworthy. They completed the project within the agreed-upon timeline and budget, and any minor issues that arose were promptly addressed. I had an older style crank window that was broken. It was repaired even though it was not easy. The work was done properly and he would not leave until it was perfect. He managed to repurpose some parts he had to make it fit my window as parts are no longer available for this style window. Anyone else would have said it was unrepairable. The price was very reasonable considering the time and effort spent to fix. He also recommended new windows with very competitive rates.
