We will review key areas of home maintenance for you and give you an overview that may require attention. ​ Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate.
