Overall, I’m pleased with the final result. When the project turned out to be more complex than originally quoted, Ivan and his wife didn’t give up—they came up with creative solutions and put in long hours to bring my vision to life. They genuinely cared about the project and gave it their best effort. In addition to installing the acoustic wall panels, they also installed three light fixtures, and that part of the job went very smoothly.

The Material We use to refinish is Eco-Friendly and also the best material found for refinishing. 2.) My main target in the market would be Rental buildings, Property managements, Hotels, Motels, Real estate agents, Contractors, and residential Homes. 3.) Compared to my competitors, I am priced in the middle, not high and not low. I charge the best price depending on the job. 4.) There are many options available to you the consumer. However, be wary of tub do-it-yourself kits and so called refinishers who offer super low prices because important preparation steps are skipped and cheap products are being used. 5.) AAA Bathtub Refinishing is a family owned business. 99% of the time, it would be me (owner) who will come out and get the job done, while other companies send out one of their tech. Once the job is done, I visit the next day to make sure everything is done right, and seal the Tub and Tiles with 100% premium Silicone.

Used this company a number of years ago. Leo did a fabulous job. Called them for a return visit a few months ago. Leo has basically surrendered this business to his father. Responses from Leo are almost non-existent. I had his father do the second job. It is not even close to the first round. Looks like there are scratches everywhere. The overspray is evident on the toilet and on the upper tiles. He was supposed to do the caulking and was surprised to hear that. The first application of caulking was very sloppy. He came back the next day. I was almost in tears at how bad this looked. He added another layer of caulking which didn't work. Within a very short period of time it separated from the tile. I just removed everything only to discover that he had stuffed newspaper in behind the caulking as a filler!! I left a message for Leo and, shockingly, no response AGAIN! Very very disappointing and a complete waste of money. I will have to replace the tub very soon. Never again.

The owner is an outstanding lead contractor and maintained a regular communication flow so we were kept updated on status constantly. The quality of finish is superb. He has a keen eye for function and design and he provided solid guidance at every key stage. He saved us precious time by directing us to selective third party vendors and even accompanied us on shopping trips and planning meetings to ensure all involved collaborated in an effective manner, thereby keeping the pace of progress on track. When we met with any unexpected complexities/challenges he provided solid rationale for workable solutions, always upholding the integrity of the design.
