Tan and his coworkers helped us with a couple projects, including a drywall ceiling patch for previous water damage, as well as a patio deck rennovation at a reasonable prices. We are overall very happy with the results of both but wanted to highlight the latter, which included sanding and repainting of the metal railings, platforms, and the entire two floors of decks (including the underside of the upper deck). Tan and team were very meticulous in the preparation process, including sanding and washing every nooks and crannies of the site. He's responsive, professional and transparent about the process and kept us up to date with the stages of work. We also appreciate the fact that he was patient in waiting for the best weather conditions to do the repaint rather than rushing through the process. As we requested a new color for the repaint, we were impressed with the level of detail his team put in to covering any old spots, including the space between the planks and the wood surfaces behind the planters. Again, we are very glad with his work, attitude and hope to have him help us with more projects in the future.

I contacted GC General Contracting. Gigi responded quick and efficiently. Then he sent in a wonderful guy to tape and mud after he got the drywall up in record time. The taper did an amazing job over and above what he needed to do. Gigi has then been in contact with me to make sure I am happy with how the work has come out. AJ and his crew did a fantastic job on the renovation of our basement bathroom and laundry room. He took the time to listen to our asks and executed them well in a timely manner. This was a difficult job as there was a restriction of space and making it more complex than an average job. However, they showed up on time everyday, with uniform (regardless of the trade that was in) and completed the job with a high degree of professionalism. What made AJ different from other companies is his attention to details and thinking and planning ahead. He suggested completing a number of preventative, add-on, nice to have features which demonstrated his passion for his work and importance of getting things done well.
