We uncovered a major structural issue with our foundation when we did demo for a basement renovation. Our original contractors said it was outside of their scope, and couldn't do it, so we needed to find a new team to do this work as quickly as we could. JT Construction Solutions came quickly, quoted us, and were able to begin work quickly. They were very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the process. Everything was well-documented and clear throughout. Justin was very helpful in communicating directly with our structural engineer with questions and clarifications needed.
