Yousef went above and beyond! What began as a minor shower lever issue of a worn gasket with a constantly leaking faucet head, quickly escalated into needing to replace the entire shower unit. He went straight to work resolving the matter and returning the next day to complete the repair and replacement with a whole new shower unit of which I highly recommend installation. Helpful. My wife and I hired D Jennings Contracting Inc. to complete a renovation project for us. Demar and the team were able to take the remaining unfinished portion of our basement and created 3 amazing individual areas for us; a beautiful 3-piece bathroom, a wonderful laundry room and an extra room which we can use as a formal office. We are so very grateful to the entire D Jennings team. Special thanks go out to Demar, Ricardo, Kimar, Ziggy, Kevin and Justin for their hard work. It was truly a pleasure working with all of them on this project. We are very happy with the results. Our friends know how pleased we are with the work done on our house, and are now working with the D Jennings Contracting Inc. team to have a large 2-bedroom legal basement apartment created at their house. The experience we had was absolutely terrible! We DO NOT recommend this company. We've spent over $50,000 and still have an incomplete kitchen. We told Dan at Caledon Renovations, from the very beginning, that we needed the renovation completed as quickly as possible to sell and relocate for work. Dan told us that he could complete the work in 4 weeks. On June 3rd, 2024, demolition began on our whole main floor. Once demolition was complete, no one showed up for 2 weeks. We were constantly told there were issues sourcing product, finally, when he showed up with the floor tile, it was not what we had picked but decided to continue anyway to speed up the renovation. It is now August 7th and it still not done. There were several quality issues that were addressed several times and Dan offered to come back to fix these issues for a 3rd time - we declined. The final straw was when we had a subcontractor show up at our house demanding money or he would place a lean on our house. After speaking to this gentleman, we found out that Dan had not paid him and said it was because we owed money - we were paid up to date. When we told Dan we do not want to work with him because of the trouble he has caused, he offered a refund of $1200 for upper kitchen cabinet doors. Even though we were not satisfied with the refund amount, we agreed. We told him to pick up his sign from our home and give us the refund. That was 6 days ago and we've heard nothing from him. We now have to hire another contractor to finish the renovation which is going to cost us more money and time.

Hired Rafael to install shutters, the clips for the shutters broke. Tried to contact Rafael to fix, based on his guarantee policy, but he ignored my phone calls, voice messages, and text messages. Disappointing, as I thought he was more professional. Seems my business was only to get his business off the ground and once his business started growing I was no longer a valued customer. I have taken my business elsewhere. It’s never beneficial to go cheap, it always better to pay a little more as it results in better quality of product and better service.
