The windows for my house were due for replacement. I did a considerable amount of research, determined what I wanted and narrowed my options to 3 manufacturers. I'm normally a DIY guy but realized that these windows are not sold to the public. I did my due diligence and got quotes from several contractors. I came across GTA Direct Windows & Doors. They provided a very competitive quote, but what really sold me was they were very candid, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell. I asked about my wired security system and they said it would be preserved - I would only need to put the contacts on the new windows. Other contractors told me the system would be trashed by the install. GTA Direct told me installation would take 1.5 days. I was very skeptical and a bit anxious about anyone installing 21 windows in that short amount of time. However, they completed the job at noon on the second day, took away all the scrap and left my home very clean. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the install. Alex is extremely easy to work with. He kept me updated on schedules, and was easily reachable when I had questions. He even contacted me after completion to ensure I was satisfied. It may not be a big deal, but customer service is high on my list of attributes I consider when hiring contractors. I would highly recommend GTA Direct.

Allick built a tunnel for my cats to move from a window cat door to their catio on the patio. He used materials I had on hand and improved on my original idea to make the setup safer for both me and my cats. He was prompt and finished the job on time and on budget. There were no hidden costs or surprises, and he cleaned up the area before leaving. I would hire Al again.

We contracted for a concrete pad to be installed to support a hot tub. After contacting several contractors for estimates we decided that Buildlux was the right choice for us. Antonio came to look at the site and give us an estimate. He asked all of the right questions and educated us on the work that was to be done and how it would be done. He was very accommodating as we did want to make a minor change (make the pad slightly smaller after the forming was up). This was done with a smile and the assurance "it's important to me that you are happy". The people who came were kind, courteous and worked with skill and purpose. We are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Buildlux for any project that you are considering.
