At first seemed professional. they helped move some additional garbage furniture out and helped move the flooring that was delivered outside the building in. We compensated them fairly for this ($100 cash). During the job they consistently left the door open after being asked politely to keep it closed when not using balcony. Ended up with hoards of flies we had to kill. Additionally found one guy sitting on our couch in his work clothes after one working day. They did a decent job in the main areas but corner work and edges were done very poorly to which we brought it up and they said they see no issue or tried to bend it like its supposed to look like that… it wasnt. We are two young adult females and definitely felt our naivety was taken advantage of. They also broke a transition strip and asked us to pay for a new one for them to replace then failed to show up for the appointment to repair them without notice. Hopefully they learn from this experience but I hope no one else suffers

I am very pleased with the work done by Joan, and I was impressed with his professionalism. I needed to have a new subfloor installed in my basement and laundry room as well as drywalling, all due to a basement leak. I posted the job on HomeStars, and Joan called me the same day to offer his assistance. He came to discuss the job and walked through the requirements with me. Throughout the inspection, he offered creative solutions. He gave me a quote later in that evening. His quote was fair, and I hired him. On the day of the job, he arrived on time and worked tirelessly until the job was complete. The project was completed as discussed and is of quality. We had an old basement, and they handled the complete renovation of the unit, in addition to some other work we needed done upstairs. They also provided us with ideas on how to create two separate units in the basement, which would increase our rental income. They have professional civil and electrical engineers who took care of the design and permitting, plus licensed electricians. Reasonable price.

Arthur was a pro from the beginning. On time for the estimate, clear explanation of what needed to be done, why, and cost. The job was done on time no extra costs, It was an excellent job, and the job site was left completely clean with a magnetic sweep so there were no nails left to puncture a tire. Arthur took me up to the roof to show me what had been done and that everything we discussed was completed. Overall highly recommended

Install or replace exterior or reinforced doors- 27 Oct 2025
We purchased a new Composite front entry door with composite frame, sidelights and a triple latch system. We also purchased a new rear sliding door. We shopped around and their price was indeed the lowest by several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, the door had to be replaced 3 times due to very evident defects in the factory finish. In the end, the door frame wasn't installed square to the house so the door doesn't hang square in the frame. it looks good if you don't look at the obvious uneven spacing between the door and frame. They couldn't fix it, so as compensation, the boss offered me a discount on any new work I need. I do need windows, but why would I buy more product from them after that. I gave them three stars because they tried to remedy the screw-ups and the door does look good if you don't pay close attention to details.
