We just got some new windows put in our house in Kanata by Buildmart Windows and Doors. We ended up with three new windows a fixed one and two casement ones. They're all triple glazed and boy, do they make a difference! The crew that did the job was awesome and they showed us how our old windows wer. This was a total surprise to us, given that the house was built in 2017, but it turns out, it's a common occurrence? We used to get condensation on them every winter, but that's history nowThe kids' rooms aren't nearly as hot in the summer anymore. We can actually take the air conditioning down a notch or two, which is a godsend. We're really liking our new windows from Buildmart. The quality is top-notch, the guys who installed them really knew their stuff, and they didn't miss a thing. If you're thinking about getting new windows, I'd definitely give Buildmart a look. We recently hired MNM Home Renovations to install one large painting and a set of six smaller paintings that required precise alignment and spacing. The smaller paintings needed particular attention, as they were grouped together and had to be perfectly spaced while maintaining a straight line at both the top and bottom. MNM was punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful, even assisting with moving furniture in and out to get the job done. The work was done with great care — all the paintings are perfectly level and neatly installed. Not a single mark or mess was left behind. Although my fence was repaired, the workers decided to nail holes into my PVC fence post in order to ensure the fence did not lean while the concrete was setting. Did not consult me about nailing holes into my fence. He suggested a work around to repair the damage, which he returned to do the next day, but only fixed 2 of the 3 holes he nailed into my fence post. Not to mention he just left the wood pieces in my neighbour garden and made a mess of the river rocks on my side of the fence. Also not to mention... they rescheduled my fence repair 2 times stating rain... the first time it did not end up raining that day and the 2nd time it rained... finally came on the 3rd scheduled time. Not a satisfied customer.

We’ve been trying to get this done for a very long time but life happens and you postpone and postpone but we said this year we do it. This was a very simple project, however they took it on as if it was their own and This crew was extremely professional, thoughtful and courteous and they worked their butts off and finished the job on time and cleaned up the site to our satisfaction, they also included a lot of extras that I hadn’t thought about. As I had no idea of the total scope of this project I gave them cart blanch to design the pattern and was I ever glad I did. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Finally we can have a bbq on a really nice patio and enjoy the afternoon sun….

Lazslo came in August, looked things over, made a plan and sent me an estimate. The shed is for my pool which I wanted to keep using during the summer and early fall, so we agreed to do the job in mid October. He started 23 Oct and finished 29 Oct.
