We had all our Windows (12) and Doors (2) replaced by Galaxy Windows. We were impressed from start to finish with their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. We met with several companies, but Dmitri's presentation impressed us the most. The installation by Alex and Igor was smooth and expertly done. We had bought new locks for the doors and they were also perfectly installed for us. Old windows and doors were taken away and all debris was cleaned up. We had a few questions after the installation and Galaxy responded very quickly. We absolutely recommend Galaxy WD.

I had drain valve was leaking, created mould in basement.bedroom. Philips fixed my problem, replacing drainage pipe very professionally. Addition to that he broke the wall areound that are to make sure that there is mo leackage thru wall. Due to the water leackage, carpet under pads were damaged, he replaced under pad, put new drywall and painted the whole room. I was very satisfied with his attitude and completing the job in timely manner. I will definitely recommend his name to others. My email is lalitpansat@gmail.com

Basement Works were quick, professional, and went above and beyond - they picked up the materials from Home Depot and then returned the unused ones even though that wasn't quoted in the original job. We had to do some minor scope changes along the way and they offered very reasonable options. Would definitely hire them again!

Julian responded quickly with a preliminary estimate and I was able to compare to other estimates. We Choose GHT Design and Build because they were a fair price and had great reviews. Julian quickly responded with a final quote once we worked through the details of our project. The GHT team were all great to work with from demolition to finished product. Including tiling, electrical, foam insulation, and wood flooring. The finished result is exactly as we had hoped for. Project was done efficiently and on budget. No surprises along the way. Julian was flexible with some add-ons we wanted with very reasonable costs for those services (i.e. doing spray form insulation in the basement while the truck was here). We received great service at a reasonable cost and with an exceptional end product. We highly recommend GHT and will definitely use them for our next project! Michael and Daniela

We purchased a new Composite front entry door with composite frame, sidelights and a triple latch system. We also purchased a new rear sliding door. We shopped around and their price was indeed the lowest by several hundred dollars. Unfortunately, the door had to be replaced 3 times due to very evident defects in the factory finish. In the end, the door frame wasn't installed square to the house so the door doesn't hang square in the frame. it looks good if you don't look at the obvious uneven spacing between the door and frame. They couldn't fix it, so as compensation, the boss offered me a discount on any new work I need. I do need windows, but why would I buy more product from them after that. I gave them three stars because they tried to remedy the screw-ups and the door does look good if you don't pay close attention to details.
