Mechanical will call you every year as a reminder to set up an appointment in an effort to get as much life out of your equipment as possible. A planned maintenance program will also ensure that the warranty on your new furnace stays valid! As mentioned, G.M. Mechanical is a Lennox dealer, but can (in most cases) deal with warranty issues on other brands of equipment. Warranties provided by the manufacturers are as varied as the products available and range from a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of lifetime to the original home purchaser. G.M. Mechanical provides a 1 year guarantee against defective workmanship. Most new Lennox equipment will come with a 10 year parts warranty and a 5-10 year labour warranty as well, when purchased through G.M. Mechanical.
