Team are very professional and friendly. Received an email the day off with the plumbers name and picture. He took a look at the broken faucet and provided a few quotes depending on the level of service I wanted for the repairs. He and his team were very efficient and did a great job making the repairs and then testing to ensure there were no leaks. They also then did a check of the house at not extra cost and make recommendations on the existing plumbing and highlighted items I might want to look at in the near future as well as providing a cost and timeframe to complete should I ever want to hire them. Loved how detailed they were and the excellence in communication. Would definitely hire them for any future work and recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing assistance.

I hired ELC’s team, led by Eni, to renovate my home (a month long project). The scope of work included door installation, baseboard replacement, new stairs, plastering, painting, appliance installation, new bathrooms, and several other renovation tasks. My wife and I were extremely pleased with Eni’s professionalism, leadership, and personable approach, as well as the quality of his team’s work, particularly Emiliano. They were consistently polite, attentive, creative, and knowledgeable, and they paid close attention to detail throughout the project. All completed work exceeded our expectations and was delivered on schedule with no delays. We have already hired ELC for another project and will certainly work with them again in the future. We are incredibly impressed with the project of our basement planned by Nick and executed mainly by Jay and his crew. Nick,a friendly very experienced guy was helpful in providing info before hand and took care of all details. He was working on a tight timeline due to my request for it being done by a certain date. The crew arrived, worked extremely quickly and efficiently and had the job done in 4 days. 2 days ahead of what we thought it would be completed. A wall was removed another wall added. All patching painting vinal flooring through out including stairs. Lighting and several small touches brought this project to fruition. We highly recommend Nick of STclair Design Concepts and hope to have more small projects completed. Also, the costs were reasonable and we had been given much higher quotes by other contractors.

We came upon Monarch by walking into the store to look around. Immediately we were greeted and introduced to Sarah as the Designer and the rest is history, so they say. Sarah provided us with a design for our main floor including full kitchen, wine and coffee bar. We decided to go ahead and from there we met the trades people who all arrived on time and were wonderful to deal with. Randy's attention to detail was "over the top". He was able to fix any small issues by building around them. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. Neil arrived to check on the progress and to answer all our questions. We did not expect this reno to be as easy and as beautiful as it is. We heard about numerous nightmare kitchen renos, but we have nothing but praise about Monarch and would recommend them highly.

Cameron and team were quick to provide a competitive quote and get to work on my small bathroom renovation. There was clear communication the entire time, care in the work they did, and a lot of flexibility in dealing with the hiccups and curve balls of working a condo project. I would highly recommend their team as they not only delivered on the work as described in our quote, but went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the outcome! I will be using Nulook for future projects and have recommended them directly to friends as well.
