Sureflow demands payment to even look at a problem, then coerce you on the spot to have the issue dealt with, upselling and charging exorbitant prices for their work. For a simple gurgling noise coming from my laundry sink tap they replaced the entire system with 2 shut off valves and a cheap faucet set which they charged a markup of over 3 times the price. For what realistically should have cost $150 plus parts (maybe a hundred total) they charged over 1000 dollars and left a minor mess as I argued the price with the technician. They claim their prices are industry standard which simply means rip off. I recently had the pleasure of working with a contractor who built me an advertising sign, and I couldnt be more impressed with the result. The sign is solid, durable, and expertly craftedit's clear that quality was their top priority. The process was quick and efficient, with no corners cut. The contractor worked with attention to detail, ensuring that everything was done properly from start to finish. I appreciated how they kept me in the loop every step of the way, making sure I was always informed about the progress. What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. After the project was completed, they followed up to ensure everything was up to standard and that I was happy with the final product. I hired Doyle Contracting to put down cement and build a shed according to specifications I provided (I have provided a photo of the shed and the copy of the specs I provided. The shed I ordered did not have the cupola on top nor the plant pots, so none of that should in the photos). The work was mostly completed yesterday, but there were some issues with the quality of work around the windows and with the siding on the top edges of the shed. Doyle contracting agreed to take care of that only if I paid them more money. If you look at the photos of the work done and the photos from the specifications though it is obvious the work was not done properly. You can see around the windows in the front and on the edging the quality of work you will get if you hire them. For that reason, I would strongly argue against ever using Doyle Contracting and would find a different company if you ever need any work done.
