Terms and Conditions for HomeStars Introduction Promotional Offer

In order for you to register with HomeStars, you will be required to agree to our Professional User Agreement. Once you register with HomeStars and enter into our Professional User Agreement, this Promotion will be governed by and form an integral part of the Professional User Agreement.

1. 50% Discount on Fees

1.1 Professionals who register on www.homestars.com between January 21st, 2025, and April 30th, 2025, will receive a 50% discount on the first $1,000 of fees payable for being connected with homeowners up to a maximum discount value of $500 (the “Discount Value”).

1.2 This Promotion is only valid for a period of two months commencing on the date on which you register with www.homestars.com and receive an account registration confirmation from HomeStars (the “Promotion Period”).

1.3 This Promotion is only valid during the Promotion Period unless your discount value is used up before the end of the Promotion Period. At the end of the Promotion Period or if your Discount Value is used up prior to the end of the Promotion Period, the discount will no longer apply and thereafter you will be responsible for paying the full amount of any and all fees payable by you.

1.4 If during the Promotion Period the amount of the Discount Value is not sufficient to cover 50% of any specific fees, such Discount Value will be applied to such fees, and you will be charged the full amount of the remaining balance of such fees.

1.5 Any refunds for any fees charged during the Promotion Period will be provided by way of a credit to your account in an amount equivalent to the discounted amount. Any and all such credits may only be used toward the payment of fees and are otherwise non-redeemable and have no other value whatsoever.

2. Eligibility and other Conditions

2.1 This Promotion is only available for first time registrants of HomeStars who pass our background checks and do not subscribe for a Discount Package during the Promotion.

2.2 This Promotion is not transferable or convertible into money and cannot be combined with any other offers offered by HomeStars.

2.3 HomeStars reserves the right to modify or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice to you.

2.4 The HomeStars Terms of Use and Privacy Policy will apply to this Promotion.
