And youll get it all within a very reasonable budget! Tim, the owner, is an excellent communicator and his estimates are detailed and clear, so there wont be any unpleasant surprises. Theyll also treat your home as if its their own. We were amazed at the great care they took to protect our floors, walls and furniture during the entire process. Plus, when theyre doing your job, theyre doing your job if you know what I mean. Unlike many contractors, they wont leave you hanging while juggling sixteen other unfinished projects. I contacted Santiago from Oak Ridge Construction Inc. I wanted him to assemble a face to face 4 seater with a table in the middle rocking swing for me. He came, took out all the pieces to make sure all the parts were there.. He gave me a date when he will be back to put it together.. He came and finish the job in a few hours..
