It is so easy to give great customer service when everything runs smoothly and according to plan the measure of a true customer centric organization is how they handle the unexpected hiccups in a job. Joe - the PM for my job - and his crew were fantastic responding to all of my requests with a strong sense of urgency even over holiday weekends.
