Had a downspout that froze over during the winter. Slavik was quick to respond and promptly replaced the downspout. Due to a miscommunication around orientation and grading, the initial installation resulted in an ice dam at the end of the downspout and water leaking through the elbow joint next to the property. Slavik was again prompt to respond- he recognized the mistake and came back to address the issue at no additional cost. The downspout has worked perfectly since then. Moreover, Slavik's suggestion of re-routing the downspout through some hedges have concealed it nicely. I was very impressed with my initial discussions with Venice the project Manager at Bild Pools and landscape. I had 2-3 discussions with other contractors that would not return calls or forget about the initial meeting. Vince was on time for our initial meeting very professional, knowledgeable and extremely well versed with current products. His team is very clean, understanding and pilot. Dmytro and his team worked on a demo and repour of the concrete slab of our basement. The team worked quickly and efficiently, and despite some unexpected, prolonged issues with our permit, they returned the day after issues were resolved to continue work. They were attentive to our needs and the work was generally to our satisfaction, especially for the very competitive cost of work. Dmytro was ever present during the work. My only complaint would be that communication could have been better at times, as there were days where no one could understand English and we were more or less in the dark about the work that was being done. We are specialists in stamp concrete,exposed aggregate and interlocking
They did a decent job of stamped and aggregate concrete for my lawn and backyard. But disappointed with their after work customer service and response. Few cracks showed up, but did nothing about it. Few spots with broken coating, but did nothing about it. When they layer gravel on the sides of the concrete, did not do a proper layering of the black material before putting the gravel, within a year grass started to grow. Wanted to get a proper drain because backyard neighbour raised issue, but did nothing about it. Basically they dont respond to you once they are completed, paid off and gone.
