I was a bit worried about getting my shingles repair done - I wanted to make sure I found someone that I could trust to do the work with honesty and integrity. I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. Akram went above and beyond, and both he and his son are truly exceptional and master craftsman. It is a family business and their pride, detailing and customer service really shines. Their planning efforts, communication, design choices, contractual management and installation was seamless. They are insightful, honest and really care about the work they provide. The custom desk area was exceptional. I had several ppl come in to give me design ideas and quotes for this narrow/small space (which doesn't seem like it from the photo, but trust me - it is neither big nor wide), and designers struggle with this space. Sansil's pricing is competitive and very reasonable. This area of my home was a tension and draining space to be in prior. My whole family now loves this space and we now have bets to see who will work from here :) Thank you for everything!!!!!

Toni and team did an excellent job installing new gutters for the complete house. They were professional, courteous, listened and suggested more effective changes. They left our place clean and their charges were very reasonable. We had 7 installers give us quotes and with the exception of 2, five had similar pricing and the reason we chose Toni from Professional Gutters was his attitude and accommodating nature. Last year my husband and I were having installation issues with a new heat pump that wed purchased from another company. I posted a plea for help on the NextDoor app. Andrew was quick to reply with valuable information that helped us get resolution. So when the time came for our heat pumps annual maintenance inspection, we reached back to him. I mentioned we also needed to have an old natural gas line removed from our kitchen, and were happy to hear that Andrew was fully licenced to take care of both issues. He arrived on time, spent time adjusting our thermostat to a more economical setting, inspected the heat pump noting deficiencies from the original install, quickly removed the gas pipe, checked all remaining gas fittings and provided a clear explanation of the work hed completed and gave us a detailed invoice for the exact amount he had quoted. He was knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and professional. When he left there was no mess left behind and we had a better understanding of our equipment. Douglas was fantastic. He is fast and comprehensive. Pricing is very fair and he was able to get to the root of the problem and understood the design of the drain system within minutes. He was running ahead of schedule so he also went that extra mile to ensure the dishwasher drained properly (the original problem was a clogged kitchen sink). Had an emergency when the water shut off wouldn't move for a new sink installation. Thought we would be a week without water but John at Tru-View made room for us that evening and fixed a broken copper pipe, replaced the shutoff valve, installed the sink, redid the drains and installed the new faucet for a totally reasonable price. Hired Pat and his company for undertaking the bulkhead woodwork in my basement. Pat was super responsive, sent out a guy to quote the job and explain the work needed, and was easily available for any questions. Price was fair and the work completed was flawless. The worker Adam was a wonderful individual, professional, clean, and got the job done right and faster than anticipated.
