All I can say is - WOW WOW WOW. Ray responded to our original estimate quicker than anyone else, with a pic of our house and at a price point that was great. Ray and his crew came in as scheduled and completed shingling job what I believe was in record time. I tried cleaning up a bit but was waved off that they would take care of this as well. I submitted my request online to Homestars and within 30mins I had two companies reach out by phone. Go! garage Doors arranged for Christian(sp?) to come out within 2 days. He was very thorough and took time to not only understand the issues and fix them but to teach me how to do proper and regular maintenance on the hinges and springs. I so appreciated the time he spent with me and all his recommendations given this is a new home for me. I recently had the pleasure of working with Angela, and I can't recommend her services highly enough! From start to finish, her expertise and creativity were evident in every aspect of the project. She sourced our contractor, masterfully created a floor plan in which the layout maximized our space and flow, recommended finishing selections, designed our custom millwork with accompanying elevation drawings, as well as produced our electrical plans. Throughout the process, Angela was professional, attentive to our needs, highly responsive, and brought forward ideas and work that was both practical and aesthetically pleasing. We had some damage from the hail that made some old leaks reappear, so it was time to bite the bullet and do the entire roof. After the hail on Sunday, I spoke to Allan on Monday, had the Quote Tuesday, shingles delivered on Thursday and the job completed on Friday. They used Malarkey Legacy Class 4 shingles, and did a great job overall. Also appreciate that there was no extras for the little issues that were found, since he did a proper estimate based on the condition of the old roof and the age of the underlying structure. From the initial design phase to the final installation, their attention to detail was evident. The new layout and the quality of the materials used exceeded our expectations. The bathroom renovation was also a great success. The team demonstrated attention to space utilization and the overall aesthetic of the bathroom were impressive. Throughout the project, Mark and his team maintained communication. They were always responsive to our questions and concerns, which made the entire process stress-free. Mark was particularly aware of the condo building regulations, which ensured a seamless renovation process without any issues with the building management. The team's professionalism and respect for our property were noteworthy. They completed the project within the agreed-upon timeline and budget, and any minor issues that arose were promptly addressed. In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with the work done by Haus Construction Group. I needed a new shed, (a bucket list item) so I stopped in and talked to Vic and right off I knew that I was talking to a man of integrity....I have been around for over 70 years, a retired detective, I know. I hired him. The first one to arrive on the building date was Kevin and his wife, I am so sorry that I did not get her name. They put in the cement footing. Hard work through clay and roots. Next to appear was Dave, the builder, a 65 year old DYNAMO who can work two 25 years olds into the ground in 8 hours. Dave and Lucas worked tirelessly all day. Dave, barking orders at 25 year old Lucas....Lucas just smiled, shaking his head, he knew what he was doing. Both of them are perfectionists, if it was not right it was done over, to the approval of the master builder. I found Renomar Inc on HomeStars, and they just completed a main bathroom, total gut renovation at my century old home. I was very impressed right from the beginning to the end. Olimpiu provided me with a reasonable quote, as well as excellent insight into some ideas and recommendations. When he discovered issues with the subfloor, he explained his concerns and gave me a quote for the additional service, respecting that the ultimate decision was mine. I chose to use my own plumbers (because I had a history with them), and provide all the main fixtures – vanity, inset medicine cabinet, tub, faucets, and toilet. I made sure all were on site before the work started which sped things up as Renomar had these items to measure and check as work progressed. The tile workmanship was meticulous, the drywall crisp and clean. The construction site was swept, contained, and tidied every evening. The entire job took 12 days and the workmanship is impressive. I would highly recommend them.
